4.3 Withdrawals must be directed to payment methods previously used for deposit, or to verified payment methods belonging to the registered Account holder. cita66 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
4.4 You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your cita66 Account are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity.
5.1 All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the cita66 Platform are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms, which are published alongside each respective offer. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific bonus offer's terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail in relation to that offer.

5.4 cita66 may, in its sole discretion, void any winnings generated from a Wager where bonus funds were applied in breach of the applicable bonus terms.

6.2 In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay that affects the validity of a game round or its outcome, cita66 reserves the right to void affected Wagers and return the staked amounts to the Players' Accounts. No claim for winnings arising from a malfunctioning game round will be entertained.

Upon Account closure, any remaining balance (net of any pending Wagers or bonus obligations) will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.
